Welcome to ExcelMaster.ai, an AI-powered plugin offered by MatrixTech LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using ExcelMaster.ai and its related services (the “Service”), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, then please don’t use the Service.

Account Registration
You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for any activity occurring under your account.

License to Use Service

AI Service Integration
The Service integrates with third-party artificial intelligence providers like OpenAI and Google (the “AI Providers”). By using the Service, you authorize us to transfer Excel worksheet metadata to the AI Providers as necessary to enable AI-powered features. The AI Providers have policies to not persistently store user data.

Your Data
We do not store or have access to the full contents of your Excel files or worksheets. We only transmit and process the minimum metadata required to provide AI enhancements through the Service.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading illegal, threatening, or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse.

User Content
ExcelMaster.ai gives you tools to enhance your Excel usage, but you retain ownership of any work product or output files created through the Service. However, by submitting feedback or suggestions about the Service, you agree we can use it without compensation.

Software Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. We’ll use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes.

Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate or interoperate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to $100. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Using ExcelMaster.ai after any updates constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
