ExcelMaster v0.6.26

This release refreshes the official signed and obfuscated ExcelMaster package from the latest main build.

• New downloads and repair installs now receive the refreshed v0.6.26 signed installer.
• The packaged agent and runtime payload were rebuilt from the latest main branch state.
• Release metadata is aligned across the installer, runtime payload, agent zip, and website download version.

There are no workflow changes in this release. It is a distribution refresh to keep the downloadable package and update metadata current.
