ExcelMaster v0.6.30

This release improves ExcelMaster's runtime diagnostics, installer reliability, and support tooling.

• Runtime events now use a durable low-overhead local queue. This reduces upload races and avoids adding network pressure while the Agent is working.
• Python Excel tool results now record structured diagnostics for failures, slow runs, cancellation, and terminal statuses.
• The installer now avoids a false fatal VSTO -203 result when the final Office loader checks pass.
• The admin client log viewer can preview uploaded workbook artifacts directly, which makes support investigation faster.

For users, the main impact is more reliable update/repair behavior and better diagnostics when a task is slow, cancelled, or fails.
