This release improves VBA enablement and Trust Center setup handling, making macro automation easier to recover when Excel permissions are not yet configured.

• ExcelMaster now checks whether the current workbook allows VBA project access before enabling VBA automation, so permission issues are caught earlier.
• When Excel blocks programmatic VBA project access, ExcelMaster shows clearer Trust Center setup guidance with retry and settings actions.
• The chat sidebar is preserved and restored while users open settings to complete VBA permission setup.
• VBA Trust Center guidance is now localized across the in-app interface.
• The WebSetup bootstrapper now uses the primary download path without the removed OSS fallback.
